I am soon going to be in the market to upgrading my turbo or posibly doing twins.. What is the best affordable/safe upgrade you guys think? So far im leaning to the II twins kits that reuses stock turbo.. Anyone going to change my mind?:drink

You beat me to it. Haha all I can say is i have been working with Scott (SDP) on a kit for my truck and he has been really good to me. Even answers all my dumb questions i have...... and trust me i have a whole crap ton of them.

DANG it and he doesn't yet have an LLY kit. UGH!!! He has great pricing and his work seems to be great! I know that his drive pressures are in check for sure! That was one of my questions. His kits make big boost and work great from what i am seeing. I think he could have gotten more out of his truck than that 12.3 for sure. I hope he builds a DIY kit because i want to do the s366 over s480 but don't want to spend that much money at once!

he wasnt making all the boost he should of i thought?
i think hes planing on 11s

I think a S475 with a stocker will be a good bet then just upgrade later.

it will put u around 650hp

650HP on stock motor is pushing the limits for sure.

Nick at duramax tuner said between 600 and 650 is what twins will do without upgrading anything else and that would be a safe runer. (Hasn't lost a motor at that yet)

Heck i say small twins and a set of 25% injectors and your at the limit. I am thinking about doing s366/s480 with 60 overs. I know my motor will NOT last at that but that is the plan as of now. I am working on getting another vehichle and then i will be pushing the truck to the limit!
