Open the bleeder and pump until fuel comes out. Then try and fire the truck. It most likely will not fire, just do not crank for more than 20sec's. Next go back and pull the bleeder again and pump till fuel comes out clean "No bubbles". Keep repeating until it fires.
A buddy of mine opens his bleeder and uses a shop vac to to pressurize the system and push fuel through the bleeder. That would also work.
