blew out the back corner of the up pipe on the passenger side it ripped right on the seam just trying to find out if anyone else ever had this problem

Have seen in the new diesel power that ats came out with a new design for the up pipes and manifolds dont know if this helps

Hondarider had the same problem i am pretty sure

i had this problem also, i just welded it up planning to upgrade soon. its been like that for about a year and no issues yet and no new up pipes yet either.

cool i welded it today seems to work fine thanks for the info does anyone know what caused it

possibly high drive psi, fatigued metal/weld, etc..
