Im 99% sure its the multi function switch. (switch that does the wipers, high beams, cruise and signals). There very common to go bad. Should be able to get it at a auto parts store.

My guess also. Under your dash, look for wires coming off the steering column. It's a small harnes, with 5 or 6 wires. Hooked to a quick disconnect. Unplug that, if your blinker turns off, you simply need a new switch like Jason said. I can't really think of anything else it would be. Maybe a ground on your tail light harness?

Relay is stuck..................

That is what click when the turn signal is on.................

So is it the whole "blinker lever" that y'all are talkin about or is there something else under the dash?

There is a relay under the dash that makes it flash, it is what clicks when your turn signal is on......................

Ok I have yet to try and disconnect I just got off work... But I did notice that it works perfectly when my lights are off... But if you turn on the parking lights, fog lights, or regular lights it goes back to being ****...sorry I know that's key info but I always have atleast my fogs on so I just happened to notice it right when I started my truck. But I'm gonna go try the disconnect idea.

Okk so i did the dissconect and nothing happen still stayed on, so then I went to the taillight killed all the power to the tail light and still stayed on so I went to the parking light and what do you know one of the resistors in my buld is bad so I flipped it over and taa-daa!! No more stuck blinker! Oh and I also noticed when i turned on the other blinker my cab lights flashed with it! It looked sick as hell!!
But moral of the story my LED bulb is bad!
