Yes it is very clean udnerneath. Nothing more then regular washing, nad its yearly black rocker gaurad on the frame and axles

Yah the chrome quality is SHIT. Mine didnt flake or anything, but you can physically see scrathes under the chrome. They sel;l BMFS as "Premium wheels" , but there just another Chinesse POS
