Hey everyone,

Today, I wanted to lower my factory spare tire, and could NOT for the life of me get the tire rod/tool to engage the Hoist, no matter what angle I tried.

I followed the Owners Manual instructions.

I’m a knowledgeable automotive guy. This one got me.

Anyone else have the same issue? 🤔

I fought mine as well when I got a flat. It’s definitely trickier than any one I’ve used before but I finally got the wheel down, lining everything up was the problem with me struggling.
