So changed out the brake booster last night and took it for a ride. Didn't notice anything wrong then.

So went to take the core back and get a balljoint puller. Well all 4 brakes are hanging. Basically its in my garage right now smoking.

What could cause this and how the hell do I fix it.

Well good and bad news.

I resolved the issue. I guess it was that ALOT of excess pressure was built up the system after changing it up. All I had to do was open the bleeder valves on all the tires to relieve the pressure.

Now the bad news..

On the first wheel, front drivers side I was laying on my back, thank god I thought to turn my face away from the wheel when I loosened it up. SO there I was being sprayed by superheated brake fluid.

So now I have a couple of blisters on the back of my neck and scalp. Went and went to the ER because they popped so they could clean it out and such.

So if its not one thing its something else.

BUT the trucks brake work properly now.

Sorry about the bad luck.

Something you may want to look into is a vacuum bleeder. I have one made by MityVac and it works really well. Only need one person also. Highly recommend one (not necessarily MityVac).
