Charging Power At 7-Way

I was wondering how i would hook up or enable a 12v "Charging" wire on my factory 7-way trailer plug?
I would like to have it so the battery on my car hauler charges while i tow it. I dont like having to leave a charger on the batter so i can run the winch and the hydrolic pump for the tilt. Would like it to just charge when its plugged in like normal.
How do i accomplish this?

It is already there. If you have no power check the fuse

The fuse may not be installed from the factory and the wire may not be connected. That is how it was on my 2003 when it was new. And that style fuse was new then and hard to find.

Mine had red wire tucked down beside the fuse box under the hood that had to be connected.

What fuse am i looking for exactly?
Also, if its not connected by the fuse box, than where do i connect it?

Connect it to stud 1 I believe
