I am just recenlty noticing when the truck is in drive but not moving that it tends to chug or surge. I am wondering if it is a sign of a possible injector problem. I have not been having any white smoke or any other obvious problems. The truck is a 2003 chevy 3500 DRW with about 188,000 miles. Thanks

Its the Fuel Pressure Regulator Valve, cost about 180 bucks to replace IIRC or you can temperary cure it by running diesel kleen or something like that or some ppl even run some 2 stroke oil to help ease the surging... Mine has been doing it about 6 months now but I think it kinda sounds cool so I leave it, cant afford to replace it anyways
