Does anyone have any experience with repairing a Composite Plastic dually bed on a Chevrolet. I have done lots of body work in the past but never any on these newer composite plastic bed both of my rear fenders have cracks in them. I am just looking for a little advice as to what I may be getting my self into before I get started.

You don"t repair. You replace the whole side panel skin instead. ($800/ea)
Bolt on / bolt off.
You can limit your down time by pulling the fuel door to use as a paint match for the new skins.
Then your down time is just the time to unbolt / bolt everything back up.
