Yeah,but I think it was empty when the piston went.

Ok
I remember Bobo telling me his truck puked an injector, tip cracked, and piston went down with it. That was with an Edge/Predator stack though back in the day.

The injector tip looked fine to the eye,maybe a closer look is needed.
