Trying to think of ways to make my heater core plug in not just stick out front of truck in winter. Any ideas?
cool ways to run heater plug for winter.

ive seen some mounted plugs that have caps on them but no idea where to find one to buy

I did that a while back and found someone that took a plug like off the semi trucks with the flip door on them and mounted it into his bumper. My dad owning trucks I thought this would be a neat idea.

Should I leave it plug in all night or when. Do I need to plug in? I'm in Georgia so it don't get too cold

Plug it in when you go to bed. Unplug before you start up in the morning.

Could I set it up on a time for the out let to turn plug on at like 5am when I gotta leave at 7am or better to do all night

I dunno... in Georga it probably doesn't get cold enough to really need it
But as far as plugging it in, I have mine plugged into an out door timer.
I leave for work @ 630am..... so I have the timer set to turn the block warmer on @ 5 am...... that way I don't have it running all night long.
Call me a cheap ass but hey... what can i say.... I'm a cheap ass.

I agree. I just like to plug it in when it's really cold. What's the junction boxes for and it nice having heat already warm
