After my engined stalled at cranking last week, I have gone in and taken off everything down to bare valve covers to check injectors (maybe more). Out of curiosity I took the glow plugs out of the pass. side to see if plugs may show signs of coolant and sure enough coolant came out of 5. Also plugs 1, 5 and 7 came out no prob, but 3 was very hard to loosen, like it was crossthreaded. I loosened it until I have run out of threads (threads look Ok-not stripped), but glowplug will not come out. Could the glow plug be corroded not allowing it to come on out? Also, could the problem with coolant out of 5 be a problem with that injector or cup or is that just wishful thinking? Anyone have any ideas?
