I have decided to sell my 04 LB7 and get an identical 06 or 07 because i am tired of constantly worrying about my injectors taking a dump. I have been searching on autotrader.com and it has many desireable trucks but they range in price from low to mid 30's which seems way to high and even above the book value so if you guys could help me with what the going rate for LBZ with under 50K miles

That seems alittle high for an 06 or 07 to me. I would think you could find one in good condition with 50k or less for around 28 or 29. Maybe I'm wrong but it seems kinda high.

Depends on where you are located on what the trucks cst unless you can find one cheap out of state and go get it. Round here in NC these babies are going for 35 + but I just bought one for right at 30k. I went in and told them i came here ooking and will leave here looking and this is all im giving you for the truck. I looked at KBB.com and got the retail price and thats were I started. And also these things are going up due to the new 2011 going up 5k more.

Try cars.com. I found mine on there in September of 2008.

The LBZs were only around mid 40s new. When I was looking at that time, I saw window stickers of 42-48k, depending on options. All were CC 4wd that I looked at. I would think LBZs with under 50k miles would be rather hard to come by, but if you did find one, I would think 28-30 would be about right for one in excellent shape.

Ok, so I just searched autotrader.com put in any distance, looked for 2006-2007 chevy and gmc 2500s with diesel fuel and under 60k miles. Prices range from 18K (work truck with tool bed) on up. A lot of the ones listed as 2wd in the header are actually 4wd. The 4wds appear to start around 27k. The search came up with 837 listings. You should be able to find just about what you want for less than 30k. Several pages in the 27-30 range.

You definatley shld be able to find something under 30k. I just bought an 06 lbz, with 60k miles, 4 door 4wd, with new wheels and tires, and some other stuff for 25,500. Just keep lookin, you'll find a good truck for the rite price.
