For the Deep Pan I would recommend Mag Hytec. For the fluid, Amsoil Torque Drive is about 1/2 the cost of Transynd and carries the same TES-295 Certification.

To get the most fluid out you will want to drop the pan, disconnect the cooler lines, use compressed air to blow out the cooler lines. Drop the spin on filter and let it drain down. You can take loose the Valve body to allow the transmission body to drain down. Retorque those to 9ft lbs.

This should get the largest amount of the fluid out.

With the TES-295 fluids Allison recommends 150K fluid changes. Spin on filter changes are the same as stock. Internal filter is changed at overhaul, but you can change it while you have the pad down if you like.
