Hey guys. I'm gonna attempt to build a front bumper for my 2006 GMC 2500HD. I got this design from a guy on the Pirate4x4 website. He has been nice enough to give me the drawings and talk to me on the phone a few times about changes he would do and such if he did it again. So mine will be alittle different but not alot. I already took off my old bumper and sold it. I've got the steel. And hopefully tomorrow the fab shop will water jet the pieces and bend them. So this weekend I can do some welding. Here are some pics of the bumper I'm modeling mine after. I was trying to find something that didn't stick out alot. As of right now I have about $80 in materials. I'm getting charged $125 for the FAB shop to cut and bend all the pieces. So I should end up with around $200 total in the bumper before finish. I'm excited.

As I have stated in the past I am not an artist. I was unable to get my end patterns from the machine shop before I left for my trip home. I will draw and upload when i return to Ca. Thank you

please note : i put on my drawing the top end pieces will be bent to 30% it should be 130% Sorry for the typo

Haha this thread was originally posted 2 1/2 years ago and people are still asking for the prints. Great lookin bumper man you did a great job on it. Sorry if I missed it in previous posts, has anyone asked if this would work on a Chevy too? Or do you know what changes would need to be made for it to work on a Chevy? If it'll work I'd appreciate a copy of the prints as well, email to matt.bud@icloud.com
