Definitive way to run 37’s on factory wheels and not rub?

I bought a new to me 2020 Denali 2500 with the factory 20” wheels and some suspension work. FTS upper control arms, Suspension max keys, fox shocks and 37x12.50r20 Toyo RT tires. The truck looks amazing but the rub is horrible (to me). Both sides of the back frame is hard rubbing when you get close to full lock and becomes really annoying when turning into tight spaces or with a trailer.

I swapped on a set of 295/65/20 BFG KO2’s I had leftover from my last truck and there is zero rub and the truck overall seems to drive a hair better.

That being said, I simply prefer the look of 37” tires over the 295/65 I have now.

I know I’ve read many posts about 37x12.50’s rubbing at the same spot but I’ve read many posts of similar setups that don’t rub.

What is the best way to set the truck up to have 37’s and not rub? Thinking of trying 37x11.50’s, maybe a small spacer like a 1/4”? Seen a few with 2” spacers ok factory wheels and it looks silly.
