I was told Certified GM Warranty id Bumper to Bumper for 12 months/12,000 miles.

I bough my '05 Chevy Silverado 4x4 2500HD LLY/CC/SB and it is a "Certified GM Vehicle. It is still under the 12/12,000 Bumper to Bumper Warranty. It has a Dealer Installed Automate AM6 Remote Start ; it was already installed by the dealer when I purchased the Certified GM Vehicle.

Lately and through the winter, I have been having problems... I have to be standing next to or practically on the vehicle for it to unlock the Doors or to Remote Start the Vehicle. All wires to the Antennae appear to be connected correctly and I already replaced the batteries in both Key FOBs.

I do not live in the state where I bought the vehicle, so I am not close to that dealer. However, since this was installed by the selling dealer and was already on the vehicle at the time it was "Certified" as a Certified GM Vehicle then wouldn't it be covered by the "Certified GM Bumper to Bumper Warranty" at any GM Dealer? :help
