Local track here gives us a hard time with turn down exhaust. The exhaust smoke aiming at the ground can interfere with sensors for the racetrack. That's why a lot of competition trucks have the exhaust aiming up in the air.Hey, going to do my first drag strip run at pacific raceways in Washington October 13 with my LB7. I have an over axle dump exhaust and was wondering if that’s “legal” or if I need to have it point out to the side? All the videos I’ve watched have trucks with their exhausts never pointing to the ground. Thanks.
