Just picked up a new 2019 GMC 2500HD SLT Duramax and have a strange issue with the driver's seat springs.

It feels like the ends of two horizontal springs sticking up just under the leather on each side of the seat mid way front to back which hit your leg about mid-thigh. It isn't noticeable for the first few miles (like on my test drives) but about 10 miles in you notice the ends of pieces of metal poking your legs through the leather. I can't imagine any sort of long trip.

The passenger seat is perfectly smooth and well padded. Maybe someone missed adding a layer of padding on this particular driver's seat.

I'm taking the truck back this Friday and will hopefully get some assistance.

Curious if anyone else has had the issue and what your outcome was??
