Does anyone know how to keep the daytime running lights from turning on?

I pulled the relay and both DRL fuses and the damn things are still on until I switch them off.

Do these have a module that I can just unplug?

The truck is a 2008 2500HD.

I thought they were the same bulbs as the low beams. I guess I'll have to check that out. Thanks

Or you could buy some turn signal bulb sockets, and wire them in so both your bulbs function as both turns and running lights.. looks way better imo

Just curious, what's the point of trying to keep them off?
My insurance gives me a DRL discount. (Not that they will be checking to see if they actually work or not, but still)

I know in the 90s models you could just tap the Ebrake down one click and they would shut off. Not sure if it is the same on the new ones.
