I just got my 2020 3.0 back from the dealer after having the ECM replaced because of a short within the unit. They also replaced 2 sensors within the EGR for constant faulty readings. Since I got my truck back the throttle response has been off, for instance when taking off from a dead stop there’s an insane amount of lag and then an instant amount of acceleration with no extra throttle input. I’m curious if this is an issue with the throttle body or transmission trying to relearn after it’s been disconnected for weeks?

I would return it to the dealer. Something's not right with their work.

I had my ECM, wiring wariness, and a few sensors replaced several months ago and there wasn’t a noticeable difference before or after replacement in regards to performance or drive ability. I agree with Ron that you will want to take it to the dealer.
