My truck cuts out liek that as well..
We have changes the ECM, FICM, fuel press regulator, BCM
NO CODES.. even with scan tools
While it is cutting out the look at all the perameters and everything looks fine.
It holds rail pressure.
Changed crank sensor and cam sensor as well.
Stumping 4 shops.
Rail pressure stays good.. We can turn it up with the scan tool.
Weird that it does it at 2500rpm only...
I would think a line collapsing would do it in different areas..
It does this in neutral or drive every gear.
Kind of like a rev limiter... It is more like on off on off on off VERY abrupt and fast.. jerky.
When I hold it at the point of it doing it, it shakes and also sounds like it is compression breaking. As if some of the injectors are not injecting fuel.
