nobody has one hard to believe
interesting lol....ecm's dont et fried beyond repair very often but i think your best place to look would be the EFIlive forumwell two reasons one doing a experment and two might need it as a extra core
hey i see you have a ecm but i would like a fried or locked one because i am useing it as a experment someone could use your good ecm i would love it but not to fry on perposeI actually just signed up today to sell a perfectly good ECM I purchased thinking that my ECM was bad. But after replacing I had the same problem.
Turned out to be Turbo vane positioning sensor, which I also bought new and the mechanic cleaned the residue of the existing and everything started working again.
so now I I have purchased an 800 ECM and 200 vane positiong sensor and all I really had to do was get a diesel specialist to clean the vane positioning sensor for 125 buck..
so now iam stuck with 1,000 dollars worth of parts and gm wont refund me.
so make me an offer on the ECM
2004 LLY - it has already been programmed with my car.
I will send pictures for proof that I have the ecm.
you can email me [email protected]
any ecm but wouldent bi**h if it was a lbz or lmm ecmAre you looking for any ECM or one for your LMM?
I think I figured out why you need one, let me know.hey i see you have a ecm but i would like a fried or locked one because i am useing it as a experment someone could use your good ecm i would love it but not to fry on perpose
Damnsorry jim i wish you were right but nope
i actually dont think that would work they match vin# to serial #s they would know its not the original ecmI think I figured out why you need one, let me know.
Put all the DPF stuff back on, and have it towed to the dealer. If the ECM is fried, they can not see regens, or that a programmer was installed
Am I right:hyper
im pretty sure it wouldnt work, numbers not matching for one, the other is regen cycles wont add up with the amount of miles on the truck, mine is still at the dealer and they have only bitched once about it since they couldnt get the egr codes to go awayi actually dont think that would work they match vin# to serial #s they would know its not the original ecm
na he said go with a fried ECM so they cant even scan it....so regens and crap woulnt matterim pretty sure it wouldnt work, numbers not matching for one, the other is regen cycles wont add up with the amount of miles on the truck, mine is still at the dealer and they have only bitched once about it since they couldnt get the egr codes to go away
