Edge CTS3

Hey guys, just got a cts3 like a month ago and for some reason it stopped working properly, now it only boots up until it shows Insight CTS3 then wont go past that. Both truck and computer. I tired plugging into my computer, but it doesn't show it anywhere in the files so I cant like update it. Not sure if the thing died already on me or what. Any help would be appreciated.

I have a 04 Duramax LB7, if that matters for the edge (don't think it does but idk)

Call EDGE and ask them for help. Make sure the fuse that powers the cigar lighter is not blown. That fuse also powers the DLC where your edge plugs into.

yeah the fuze works fine, it only boots up to the second screen but doesnt go past, i have to wait until monday and try to give them a call.

Is your truck tuned by chance? Sometimes tuners mess with the VIN# in the ECM (not sure why) but that causes problems for the CTS to figure out what truck it's attached to.
