Yesterday my egt guage flickered a bit and today it quit completely
So i called Edge customer service and they asked me a couple questions got my S# and sent me a new one overnight air all i gotta do is send the old one back
Took me 10 min and proved to me they really stand behind their product 100%

They have really good customer service but I didnt really like my EDGE products

I agree. When I bought my insight from auto anything they sent the wrong pyro. I didn't realize it so I called Edge to see if I was missing a part they said it was the wrong piece sent me the right one and a pre-paid envelope to return the wrong. No questions asked.

Agreed- one of the best customer service departments that I have EVER worked with in any industry hands down! :drink
