If you guys had the choice between the below which would you choose? I'm after more towing power, maybe ripping around town a little bit, and when I can keep my foot out of it fuel economy. I have an 07 LBZ with no mods yet.

- Evolution CS Diesel - Evolution CS Diesel

- Evolution CTS Diesel - Evolution CTS Diesel

- Juice with Attitude CS

- Juice with Attitude CTS

Local shops seem to be steering me towards the Juice with Attitude but a few vendors have said to stay away from that one and go with the evolution.

What say you guys?

Evolution Race, with the standard display, that way you get the pyrometer probe aswell.
edge evo race.....cs version and then spend the 90 bucks on a probe for the EGT's

very very nice rig

Standard display is that the CS #85600?
Standard display is 25500:
Edge Products GM Race Evolution 25500

Over $120 cheaper and it comes with the probe.
Edge Evo Race CS.
I have the evo race and am very pleased. It has only been on a few weeks and I am often hooked up to something with hay on it. I also ride around with 7-800lbs of tools in bed. I am still playing with air filters though. Might be going AC Delco soon.
The tuning is the same in all three, there is no point spending an extra $200 just so that it looks pretty. Unless of course you want a pretty truck, if that is your thing go for it.
I would suggest a CS or CTS monitor and go with the Evo model for the tuning.

If you plan on adding a EGR blocker plate or full exhaust, I would go with the Race model. It is capable of blocking the codes.

If I can help let me know.

I agree with these guys Josh. If you're wanting a pretty display, the Evo with the CS or CTS are the way to go. If you're after functionality and bang for the buck, go with the standard screen in the Evo.

But either way, I'd highly recommend the Evo over the Edge Juice.

If you're into car audio and video and that kind of stuff, the CTS has a video input for a DVD player, or backup camera or such. Thats a pretty nice feature if you're looking for something like that.

I wasn't aware of that, that sounds pretty cool.
Thanks for all the opinions guys it's appreciated. I hope to pull the trigger on one within the next few days.

Say I plan to install myself is there anything I need to know about installing the probe?
Make sure you get the right tap, don't use just any tap like I almost did.
It's all pretty straight forward. Leave the engine run while you drill and tap for the EGT probe, thats about it. The exhaust install is pretty easy as well. Make sure to spray all the bolts down with PB blaster as early as possible so they come off fairly easy. That'll make things go smoother.
If you are not comfortable drilling the manifold on the truck it only takes about 15 minutes to pop it off.

The tap is 1/8" 27 NPT
Drill bit is size R.
Well pulled the trigger on the Evo Race CTS. Got the probe and dash pod too. Gonna pick them up tonight around 7.
Did you buy it locally? Ouch... I hope you didn't get shafted!

You'll love it though. Great tunes and plenty of power. The CTS is pretty sweet by itself :)
Locally wanted $900 for my Evolution, got it online for $577. Maybe return it and save $300+...

Talked to every vendor on here plus called about 6 different diesel / 4x4 shops in town. Paid the exact same price as everywhere on here and all the shops were the same price.

Only difference was after I leave work today it's waiting there for me....I'm a window shopper man.

Locally and on here $849 for Evo Race CTS
