I just got my LBZ and am planning on getting EFI Live for it this summer. I just had a thought. I've been trying to convince my dad to put some sort of tuner in his '08 6.0L 2500HD gasser. He is getting 12mpg right now highway and would like better.

And the question is, if I get EFI Live V2 do I have to purchase an additional license to program his also?

Second Question, does anyone have any suggestions for who to buy a tune from that does good work with the gassers?

you should get 2 licenses with the efi purchase, but gas tuners are kind of a pain to find,

He hates how loud diesels are, even our quiet duramax's. Plus he bought it new and it only has 6,000 miles on it. About 1500 is from a trip My little brother and I took last fall. He doesn't drive it a lot, because he puts about 90,000 miles a year on his car.

Anyway does anyone know someone at all that sells programs for the 6.0L?
