Who wrote the tune? Did the condition exist before installing the new tune? Does it still exist if you put the tune back to stock programming?

If the condition started after you loaded the tune, and goes away when you go back to stock programming, then your tune needs work.

The first step would be to contact whomever you received EFI live stuff from.

EFI live does not write tunes, it is a program that allows this to be done. You need to go back to where you purchased the stuff and have them fix it.

Need to talk to your tuner where you got it. Let them know the issues and they'll adjust the tune accordingly if need. And x2, always save your stock tune! You can get it bench flashed at a dealer for reasonable to put it back to stock though. Then next time you read it, download your current tune and save it a few different places.
