I was just wondering if I could use EFI Live V2 to read codes and sensors on other OBD2 vehicles? Or do you have to have a license for every vehicle?

I don't have it yet, it's looking like it'll be June before I can get it.

I used it on my friend's 98 suburban with gas engine, then I used up my 2nd license to get rid of his "cat failure" code. Don't need a license to read the ecm, just to flash it. At least that is my understanding.

Can you run a log with the scan tool without using a license?
