hey im new to the forum. i drive a 08 lmm i just ordered a dpf delete with a ppe tuner alose the egr block off plate. how do the egr plate go on? also would mod the air box help or should i leave it the way it is? any help would be greatly appreciated thank u.

just did the egr blocker plate myself this weekend... followed these instructions which were pretty straightforward though it doesn't make it any less of a pita

Nope, but then again, this mod isn't about performance, its about longevity of your engine and not gumming up the insides by recirculating the dirty air. some say it makes your turbo louder... i'm not even sure i noticed that. If you want any performance, you'd have to do an egr delete tube, not just a blocker plate. but even then, some debate the gains are negligable/nonexistant.
