Emissions System Question

I have a 2020 Silverado 3500 L5P. I do not claim to be an expert on this truck, especially the emissions system. However, I try to do as much repairs/maintenance as I can without taking it to the garage.

I originally got the OBD2 codes of P10D9, P10F3, and also "Service Emissions System 175 miles until 65 mph limit" on the cluster. I did a manual regeneration thinking it would reset. After the regen, the codes cleared but the service emissions system message persisted.

I dropped the reductant tank to see if I could see any obvious bad connections or signs of overheating. I did not visually see anything obvious but I also did not check the connections with a multimeter.

After I dropped the tank, OBD2 is showing "permanent" codes of U010E, U029E, and again the P10F3. I thought maybe those codes triggered because I disconnected the tank?

While driving the truck, I had my Innova 5610 scanner plugged in and giving me live data. The reductant tank heaters both were showing 0 V. Should the heaters always have current to them? My DEF temp was 40 F.

Any advice to clear the service emissions system message and avoid limp mode before I just say screw it and take it to the garage?

The emissions system is a very sensitive and complicated system that is best left to the guys with the right equipment. There are a few tests and resets that can be done. I would take it to a shop that can hopefully get sorted out for you.
