I run a 1/2 bolt through mine and it works great. If you have some money the merchant mounts are nice

 

just drill a 1/2 hole in the mount? how tight is the bolt? I haven’t gotten up under there to look as close as I should I just noticed my engine has a lot of movement

i would get the merchant ones. they look real nice. when mine go im getting merchant ones

You have to take the mounts out drill a 9/16 hole through the center. Then use a grade 8 bolt to anchor it. My motor used to move about a foot and a half. Now it's good to go there is a good article on d d about it it's really easy
