Requesting thoughts. I know they put the DMAX in vans with the 4L80E Trans. I have a 2003 1500HD crew cab quadrasteer 4x4 and I would love to toss the 6.o to the curb and throw in a Dmax. Any thoughts on what that would take? If the engine and trans would fit and the electronics could plug and play, I would probably do it. I wouldn't mind detuning it for the trans, but I would love to have the diesel.
