I have narrowed it down to Fleece or Danville for who i want to do my transmission. I will be going with a stage IV. Does anyone have any experience with either or these guys? I didnt ask when i talked with them but do both of them install the stuff they sell? Let me know if any of you have any experience with them

Thanks

Fleece is cheaper than Danville. Fleece can also have your trans in in one eight hour day too! Larry at danville is easy to get a hold of and Brayden or chase is hard to get a hold of at fleece. So take your pick they are both top notch installers and i think they both offer a one year warranty but don't hold me to that. Danville took there trans to fleece to be built a few years back. I think danville has started doing their own but are still more expensive. Fleece also has a guy that builds the trans that has alot of experience working for allison themselves. Fleece gets my vote!

I thought that i had heard that Danville took their trans to Fleece. It would be nice to be able to show up in the morning and leave that same day. Thanks for your input!!

Anyone else have anything to say before i spend a TON of money?

I talked to larry at danville! they were going to do mine but decided to do it myself. I spoke with larry with questions i had and he seemed to know what he was talking about and could answer any question i had and was very easy to get ahold of, even if he wasnt there i would leave a message and get a call back that same day

This is so TRUE! He is a great guy to talk to and super easy to get a hold of. Brayden and Chase are great guys as well just a little harder to get a hold of. There are alot more fleece and danville people over on dieselplace.com than here. If you want more input i would try that site! Best of luck!

Fleece all the way...!!!! If you call the shop Jeff will be able to set you up with an install appt. They build nothing but top notch Suncoast trannies. Plus I believe they'll give you a free tune with the trans. Brayden could probably build an Ally with his eyes closed.

I just talked to Brayden about a week ago, and they do offer a one year warranty. I think I'm goin to them when I get the cash to get mine done. And they offer you a free tune with your trans.

I didn't realize that it was his truck that we just did :)

You're going to get one of my trannies even if you go to Danville ;) We're in the same business but we also work together and are proud to build them and stand behind them.
