I noticed my fog lights looked dirty so I looked at the and both to have moisture in them. I have ddm tuning 6k hids in them. I also noticed that the bulbs have burnt the top of the housing right above the bulbs. It doesn't look like it has burnt through though. Anybody else seen this? What are my options?

Upon further inspection. The seal is actually broke on the back of the light bulb where it clips into the housing. There is light shingle out if it.
