Check out the video below for an install video of it and link for the part. I had the same issue you are having when hitting a bump or something the steering wheel would go one way or another AKA "bump steer". I installed these brackets and it tightened everything up so no more bump steer.

Thanks man! Ill give it a shot. Is this something i can do my self or does a shop need to do it? I dont have a lift so idk if i can do it.

You should be able to do it. Just make sure you got a wrench big enough for the pitman arm nut. I got under there and started working then realized i didnt have a big enough wrench handy so had to go get one.
