Alright, I haven't really looked at t too hard yet. By how do I getthis chrome plate out of the lic place spot? It's probably real easy, but I figured I'd ask so I can grab what tools I need before I go out there.

They are on the backside of the bumper, held with bolts/nuts. You can use a crescent wrench to remove the nuts. Really easy
