Drove a 09 Lmm today, i got to say im a cummins fan, but i loved the way that lmm ran, its bran new 300 miles. I'm wondering about chips/programmers, an intake and exhaust.

chip/programmer: has anyone tried the H&S Black Maxx for lmm howd you like it howd it perform? what about edge and banks, or even efi or ppe. But which one is gonna be the most prone to void my warranty. I've thought about buying another ecm but that would be costly i assume? Any suggestions comments?

Next i want a intake, i like afe's system comments?

Exhaust, remove or dont remove dpf, recomendations on exhaust system.

Now what can i expect for a slightly modded lmm power wise? And relative 1/4 times? will i need a airdog/fass, shift kit for the alison?

And what can i expect for a voided warranty how likely is it an what not, what if i was to get a 2nd ecm?

will removal of the dpf void the warranty in any way? Also I personally think a egr blocker is the way to go, that im sure wouldnt help the warranty issue? I honestly like the H&S setup alot, i just like the way it looks and all, but the edge race cts is very interesting. Both the edge and h&s are plug in style chips correct? I've read that they are a little harder to pick up for warranty issues, wouldn't a 2nd ecm that wasnt used while the truck had a power adder on it have the same data an not be effected or be able to tell that a power adder was on the truck?

Im wondering.... whats egts like after you mod the lmms with say a edge race, or ppe, are they just outa control? i realize with the egde you can control them by defueling.....
