That's quite hot and as you've seen when the ECM sees fuel that is too warm it will degrade engine performance as a result. It sounds like you may have another issue at hand here because the fuel shouldn't be more than 40 degrees over ambient air temps. Start making sure you aren't losing rail pressure somehow (leaking FPRV, excessive injector fuel return or bad balance rates, worn out CP3, etc) which casues the fuel to heat up significantly. Then also make sure your stock fuel cooler isn't plugged up with debris (remove the cooler, clean then reinstall). Make sure your fuel filters are also in good shape and then check your fuel temps again.
