reset it on the dic, then power off the truck completely. next on event it resets. if it is not doing it then warranty issue.

 

Tried that with no luck, so I guess its back to the dealership.

 

I could try. Then turn off the truck and remove both batteries cables.
Wait about 10 minutes.

 

To reset the system, press and hold the thumbwheel for two seconds while Fuel Filter Life Remaining is displayed on the DIC.

If it won't, take it back...

No mention in manual about needing to shut truck off or wait til next restart or....

 

I just did my 2021 last night and tried multiple times to click yes to reset. Always stayed at 6% until I cycled out of it, shut the truck off and then started it again. Once I did that it went to 100%

 

I hit reset, nothing. I shut it down. Cleaned up the shop from the maintenance and at start up it was at 100%.

 

Seems the manual (or programming) needs a change...

 

I've tried again a dozen times today, cycling the engine on and off etc. nothing worked. Called the dealership and they said that this is a fairly common issue and that if I brought it by they could reset it for me.

 

Don't try to reset it with engine running. It won't.

i have the same issue.. my 2022 won’t let you access the menu/settings if the vehicle isnt running.
