just checking to see if anyone would tell me how to reset the fuel filter reminder on a 2005 lly.it does not have steering wheel controls and have not had a dmax without them so i dont know how.thanks in advance

Hit it with a hammer!!! Not sure how to do it but heres a bump to top for ya

I did it on my 06 but cant recall the exact procedure. It had to do with turning the key on and stepping on the brake and gas pedal and holding down for 5 or 10 seconds. Then shut key off. Then turn key on and it should say fuel life reset.

If this dont work call the dealer and they should be able to tell you how to do it....Good luck.

turn on ignition

wait about 10 sec

Press brake and gas to the floor and hold for another 10 sec.

keep holding till filter reset comes up on display
