Fuel pressure Regulator....?

Called the dealer ship and they said it was on the back of the injector pump. Where is that located...? My truck has the surging idle and surges at driving speeds. When she surges she is puffin blue....but when not she, she puffs normal sutty smoke....whats the deal? Can anyone help?
