Hey all,
My wife and I are very close to buying a new truck. We are down to either a 00-03 7.3 psd, or a 02/03 duramax. Looking for a 4x4 cc shortbed what kind of fuel mileage can I expect to get out of the duramax?

i have a 2002 crew cab long bed with no cat and stright pipes and im getting on a good day bout twenty mpg!!!!

on average I get 16-19 on the highway...about 14-16 in town.
