I have some 35" firestone all terrain jobbies on my 03 on some aluminum rims. im wondering if there going to be good enough for the winter considering the weight of the truck or should i invest in some good winter tires and steal rims? It does spin when its raining

I agree with towmaster, a skinnier tire is better if you're trudging through thick snow, it cuts through it a lot better. I've never heard of people having issues with aluminum rims on our rigs, so i'd say you'll be fine
