if you dont mind me asking how much was it for the whole sha bang? im trying to save for a tranny
well i didnt need a converter so it was 1200 cheaper cause i just used the one i had from my stage 3
but i did have an output shaft and bearing go out so it cost more
it was 3200 all said and done but it would been around 2600-2800 if i didnt need the output shaft and bearing
probly be around 4k with converter

There is a truck on duramaxdiesels that has been running it for over a year with over 900HP!! And he hasn't had to do a thing to it!
im guessing all billet shafts?

me and your mother were discussing you doing all this stuff to your truck over dinner last night, she said to give it all to me jake :Smack
nice try :neener
my truck! i pay for it :D

i fucking hate you :finger
love you to kyle :rof

Is this good for towing as well as performance? perhaps a dump question but....
yes it is :drink

YES!!! IT is just as good as stock for towing and better! You have to be picky with your converter though! I say gmax with a Precision ML converter if you on stock tires!

Congrats dude... that's the kit I'm using in my tranny when it finally goes.
its a really great kit :drink

Congrats Jake! You could give me that Stage 3 and I would be really grateful!!!!
thanks man... i got all the old clutches sitting here
ill have pics tonight

So was your stage 3 slipping or something?
bearing went out and started eating in to my output shaft

Glad to hear its fixed buddy.
thanks chris :drink

Wasn't his Stage III that was the problem... he lost a bearing on the shaft. My assumption is that he did the smart thing and ran through the entire tranny while it was out and disassembled.
correct... i just upraded while i was there
they stripped and cleaned the whole trans while it was out

Why even consider buying them?

C1's are toast, and c3's have noticable wear..
honestly i dont which are which
but C1s are the ones in pic number two since you said there toasted
and C3s would be????
cause all the other ones look pretty good

I love the look of metal carnage!!!! Especially when its not on my truck...
Congrats on the new tranny bummer about having to upgrade twice
ya i no
i should of went to this guy in the first place :drink
i would of never had the problems i did

I believe the C3's are the set that has a few burnt ones in your pic. The C1's are the smaller ones with the darker friction material, not toasted as far as I can tell from the pics.
thanks man :drink
i really need to find out which ones are which lol :help

Jake did you ever run a C3 oiler? If you didnt I would suggest one ;)
