Somtimes, on used equipment, testing might indicate no issues, but when installed and running, they may fail or be intermittent because the testing lab does not mimic the environment the injectors are subjected to - high heat, vibrations, etc.
The testing lab is a relatively calm and ideal place to get good test results. If you buy new, it may be costly, but you lessen the chances of putting in parts that may fail.
Injectors are a tough call, esp the lb7's. If they are used then someone must have replaced them due to issues (stuck open, dirty, bad flow, etc). Although 2 of 8 injectors might be bad (for example) when you replace yours. If you send your cores in, your problems with the two injectors will go to someone else if the shop that remanufactures them doesn't get it right.
