I've tried to not start another thread about smoke. But I'm more confused now then before I started. :rof

I'm seeing a TON OF GREY SMOKE when accelerating under a 9k load. Not black, grey.

What are causes of Gray smoke?

Using "tow tune" from Edge. I've run 4 Diesel Kleen bottle through truck too.

Looks like fuel filter is at 30%, so I'm gonna start there.

Usually caused by unburned fuel, normal for WOT, especially if there's no CAT.

Holy shizzle, it was a cloud. Kinda like fogging for Mosquitos.

My LLY wasn't like this. Same tune.....

There were no codes thrown. (Did I mention it was the first time towing since I bought the truck?)

Not to hijack your thread but I have recently had this problem.

I stomp on the pedal at a light or going down the highway and it just pour a cloud of thick grey smoke, and if i do it again it'll start as grey and darken up to solid black.

I did my down pipe a month ago but im not sure that would cause this, i am using gearboxz dpfr+ tuner but it hasnt done this for the year ive been running it. might be time for an EFI Live update.
