Okay so started truck up this
Morning no issues new squeak sounds like an idler pulley..
Go to the gym as I'm leaving go to start the truck won't start very slow turning over sounds like a bell is ringing.
Started up after a few minutes then a grind noise coming from my fan clutch area started for two seconds then stopped and now one of the pulleys is screaming...

I know I need idler pulleys but what are some chances my harmonic balancer could be going? That grinding noise didn't sound nice and now I'm worried

What should I check for on the balancer? How to tell I need a new one?

Can I replace just the bearing on tensioner and alternator also? Thanks

I doubt your balancer is the issue, It sounds more along the lines of idler pulley, tensioner pulley, or one of the accessories are going bad (possibly locked up or close to it). With the slow start your alternator could be taking a dump also, Needless to say I would figure it out before you cause deeper damage by trying to drive it, you don't wanna break the drive belt and overheat it or anything.
