My 2024 Sierra 3500 HD Denali DRW 4WD order was accepted as of March 7, 2023. My ordering dealer apparently only has open allocations for white and black which works for me. My build is as follows.

Within 24 hrs. 18 hrs if you pay the expedited shipping fee.

Dealership predicted 3-6 months .... they have no "feel" for the delivery of the 2024's since none have been received. I am hoping GM will not waste time getting these built since Ford is having issues getting their Super Duty's built.

Thanks for sharing. I placed an order for the 3500 DRW Denali Ultimate on 3/10 and am waiting for GMC to pick up the order. My dealer said 3-4 months as they are making the 2024's a priority. Not sure if that's true or if they are just making it up...

You are welcome. Just out of curiosity, did you order black or white or another color and did you order at a discount? I am curious if the "only black and white allocations" is my specific ordering dealer or a GM thing.

I ordered black but didn't ask about other colors. I didn't get a discount.

Gotchya ... thank you. I think the Ultimate in black will be a great looking truck, I just could not justify the $10,000 upcharge and do not particularly care for a two-tone interior nor the "contour lines" on the seats and wood trim.

My 24 Silverado 3500 SRW HC was built last week. Sitting in status 4300 waiting to be shipped now.

I believe retail orders started being accepted January 12th. Also, the Code 4300 Status usually means it was moved to another location possibly to the upfitter for the spray-in bedliner. I believe the Code you are looking for is Code 4200 Status - Shipped. Two months is still a quick build time for the truck. Maybe the rumors that GM is prioritizing their HD's to beat the Job 2 Ford Super Duty's to the market.

Just checked and it is in status 4200 now.
